- Find our “Nurses Win Free Botox” posts on either Samra Plastic Surgery’s or Jeunesse Medical Spa’s Facebook or Instagram pages.
- Make sure you follow both Samra Plastic Surgery and Jeunesse Medical Spa.
- Tag 3 friends in the comments of the post.
The winner will be announced Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 12 pm ET on social media.

One entry per person. One winner will be chosen. The winner will receive up to 40 units of Botox® or a neurotoxin equivalent such as Dysport®, Xeomin®, or Jeuveau®. If Dysport is chosen, the number of units will be equivalent to 40 of the others. The product will be injected at our Jeunesse Medical Spa in Holmdel or Old Bridge, NJ by one of our five plastic surgeons. The 40 units must be used in one visit. Any units not used in that visit are forfeited. More units may be purchased during the same visit for $12 per unit or the equivalent price for Dysport. The units are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The patient must be deemed suitable for the prize by a physician. If the patent is not suitable for the prize, a Jeunesse Medical Spa product package will be substituted. This prize cannot be redeemed until NJ state mandates allow spas to re-open. The prize may be redeemed until 12/31/20 and expires on that date.
