Case #11221 –  This is a 41-year-old patient who came to us after massive weight loss post Gastric Sleeve surgery. She had lost a total of 137 lbs and was looking to tighten up her loose skin post weight loss. After discussing her options with one of our 5 board-certified plastic surgeons, this patient opted to undergo an abdominoplasty (aka a tummy tuck).
