Case #11438 – This is a 41-year-old patient who came into our office seeking an implant exchange. She had bilateral breast augmentation 19 years ago by another plastic surgeon and is complaining of one breast sagging and looking larger than the other. After discussing her options with one of our five board-certified plastic surgeons, she proceeded with an implant exchange.
