BREAST REDUCTION / LIPOSUCTION

Case #11456 – This is a 17-year-old patient who came into our office with the complaint of large, heavy breasts. She states that she is a 38DDD with neck, shoulder, and back pain. She also states she has difficulty working out, and her posture has been affected by the heaviness of her breasts. Patient also stated that she would like to address the fat in her bra area. After discussing her options with one of our five board-certified plastic surgeons, this patient proceeded with a breast reduction and liposuction of her back.
