ABDOMINOPLASTY

Case #1801 – This is a 58-year-old female who had a chief complaint of redundant skin and fat in the lower abdomen. The patient stated that she developed a problem with loose skin after losing 80 pounds after gastric sleeve weight loss surgery. The patient described discomfort and hygienic problems from the overhanging skin and fat. After discussing things over with her surgeon, the patient moved forward with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
