Meet Kelsey Butler, MS, PA-C, a certified Physician Assistant specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for patient-centered care, Kelsey is committed to helping patients achieve their aesthetic and reconstructive goals with confidence.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Jefferson University before obtaining her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Saint Joseph’s University. Now a valued member of Samra Plastic Surgery, Kelsey takes a detail-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care. She is also a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), staying up to date with advancements in the field.
