What exactly is the VANQUISH procedure?

Vanquish is a non-contact radiofrequency (RF) device that delivers Selective RF™ energy in a controlled manner to deep tissue.

Am I a good candidate for VANQUISH?

Vanquish is for patients who have areas of unwanted fat. Vanquish is not a weight reduction treatment for people who are obese, or a substitute for surgical methods such as liposuction or tummy tuck. Suitable candidates posses overall good health. Vanquish is only part of the process. Treatments should be accompanied by a healthy diet, consisting of hydration, exercise and good food choices.

Are there any side effects with treatment?

As with most aesthetic procedures, there are possible side effects. One of our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons will discuss all possible side effects with you during your consultation. There is no pain associated with your treatment, only a sensation of heat. There is no anesthetic required with Vanquish treatments. Proper hydration is recommended.

How long until I will see results of my Vanquish treatments?

Results can vary from person to person. Some of our patients may see results as early as three weeks after their first treatment, most patients can expect to see results a few weeks after their final treatment.

Is there any downtime?

There is NO DOWN TIME associated with your Vanquish treatments. Other than a brief period of warmth, redness and minor swelling you can get back to your daily routine immediately. Your overall treatment plan will be developed by one of our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons and each treatment will be monitored for optimal use.
